Restart LILAC Active Server

Sign in at Level 7.
Go to: Documents >> Utility >> Task Administration.
Click Refresh.
Check to see if Active Server is running.

Active Server is running in this scenario.

If Acitve Server is not running, see below

Go to: Documents >> Setup >> Active Server

Make sure the correct key is selected. Determine your Key (may not be '80' as in this example).

Click Start Active Server button.

See page 1 to check if you have succeeded.
